August 29th is the Hotter N Hell Hundred. This is a large scale exercise / event for us. Members and non-members of Wichita County Skywarn come together for the ride. We are always looking for more Radio Operators.

Who We Are
Wichita County Skywarn is a voluneer organization. With the support of our community, we provide ground truth to the National Weather Service, located in Norman, Oklahoma. With a group of over 50 trained weather spotters, we work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a frequency of 146.940. We cover Wichita and Archer Counties.
We are always looking for new spotters. If you are a ham radio operator, and would like to talk about becoming part of the team, don't hesitate to email us.
